I’ve heard lots of positive things about the Amazon Fire TV, including from @johnp and @cali, so I decided to get one while they are on sale here in the UK.
Only had a quick play with it so far, but first impressions are good. Was really simple to set up, voice search seems pretty accurate – though I’m not sure how often I will use it, and overall it feels a lot faster than my Apple TV.
